The Guild of Property Professionals launches Residence – new UK-wide premium property magazine

The Guild of Property Professionals has announced the launch of Residence, a new UK-wide premium property magazine thoughtfully curated for distinction and designed to help Guild Members stand out in the upper end of the market.

Launched as part of The Guild’s enhanced Marketing Pack service, introduced in 2025, Residence is a powerful new marketing tool that strengthens agents’ premium positioning while demonstrating their connection to a trusted national network. Every property marketed through The Guild Marketing Pack service will now benefit from a dedicated page in Residence, ensuring standout exposure within a high-quality, aspirational publication tailored to the higher end of the market.
