Architect-founded KnowYourNest brings property scores into the home search, with a free 1โ10 score and full KnowYourNest reports from ยฃ9.95

Press Release London 5 October 2026 โ NestLink today launches free NestScore checks and KnowYourNest property intelligence reports for buyers and homeowners across England and Wales.
The proposition is simple: check any homeโs NestScore free and unlock the full KnowYourNest report from ยฃ9.95. NestScore gives a property a baseline rating from 1 to 10, with 10 the best. It offers a starting point for looking beyond the listing before a viewing, an offer, or a purchase.
The full KnowYourNest report unlocks five category scores and the explanations behind them: **Financial Security, Home Health, Area Quality, Legal Flags and Future Risks. **You can dive in and see each one in detail, each piece of data and why it matters to you, personally.
NestScore is free. Full reports cost ยฃ9.95, or ยฃ24.95 for three and ยฃ75.95 for ten. Bringing scattered property information into one record
KnowYourNest combines public property data with NestLinkโs own modelling. Sources include the EPC register, HM Land Registry, flood risk data, the British Geological Survey, police crime data, Ofsted and the Coal Authority.
The aim is to make property checks easier to understand and use. Buyers can explore a homeโs strengths, risks, and trade-offs, then bring clearer questions to agents, surveyors, and conveyancers.
NestLink was founded by Olivier Jauniaux, an ARB-registered architect and author on Proptech-X so we are proud to support his product vision.
Olivier said: โAs an architect, I often see how much buyers cannot tell from a listing, and never quite understand even once they complete a sale. A NestScore gives everyone a starting point, like a credit-score, and the full report shows what sits behind it.โ
For property professionals, the opportunity is a better-informed conversation. A buyer who has explored the address can ask more specific questions before committing, rather than discovering concerns later in the transaction. It begins to fulfil the material information requirements, in a way that feels unbiased, independent, and trustworthy.
Know the home. Find your fit.
Understanding the property is one part of choosing it. Understanding your own priorities is another.
Users can create a free Wishlist, with a free account required, to record what matters to them. That might include their budget, commute, household needs, lifestyle, or future plans.
NestLink keeps the baseline property rating distinct from personal fit. The same home can appeal to two buyers for very different reasons.
โโIs this a good property?โ and โIs this the right property for me?โ are different questions,โ Jauniaux said. โA home can look perfect in a listing and still be wrong for your life. We want to bring the propertyโs story and the personโs priorities into the same decision.โ
The longer-term ambition is a credit-report-style record for every home, useful beyond a single transaction. NestLink plans to let owners improve their homeโs NestScore in the coming months. That feature is not live at launch.

Skanska and HID unveil Polandโs first digital-wallet access system to Warsaw
Warsaw deployment shows European commercial buildings can simplify access without sacrificing security
By Author Andrew Stanton CEO Proptech-PR
Press Release โ Cardiff, October 8, 2026 โ Skanska CDE, a leading developer of modern office buildings across Central and Eastern Europe, has implemented a digital wallet access control system at its Studio A office building in Warsaw, as part of a growing shift among commercial buildings toward wallet-based credentials as the default.
Aimed at removing the friction of separate access apps for employees, tenants and guests, the deployment is built on the companyโs proprietary StudioApp web application and HID Origo Web Provisioning, a cloud-based credential management platform from HID, a global leader in trusted identity solutions.
Located in Wola, the burgeoning business district in the Polish capital, Studio A is one of the first large-scale deployments in Europe built entirely on web provisioning rather than a dedicated mobile app. Employees and building staff receive an email invitation and can add their credentials to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet within seconds.
Skanska CDE occupies a dual role in the project, as both the developer behind the StudioApp integration and the systemโs first end user, having deployed it across its Warsaw office before extending it to tenants and guests. The company is evaluating similar deployments across its other offices around the globe.
