Vita Student, the UK’s leading experience-led student accommodation provider, has partnered with pioneering tech startup VerbaFlo, the next-gen conversational AI platform for businesses, to transform its booking process and enhance the student accommodation experience.
VerbaFlo’s conversational AI platform will assist with user queries, lead generation, and booking support on Vita Student and House of Social (HOS) websites. The AI-powered system can handle as many as 100,000 interactions per minute and will provide website visitors with an instant, 24/7 support line, eliminating frustrating wait times and ensuring queries are addressed promptly.
From questions about available rooms, to bookings, or property amenities, potential tenants will receive personalised messages based on their behaviour and needs, driving faster and more effective conversions from inquiries.
As a result of the reduced manual workload on customer-facing teams, this partnership will enable Vita Students to improve their lead-to-booking conversion rates and enhance operational scalability with outbound campaigns, rebooker journeys, and multilingual support. In similar deployments, VerbaFlo’s AI has demonstrated the potential to increase conversion rates by 3x and deliver 40-60% cost savings by automating customer interactions.
