PropertyHeads partner with CoreLogic to offer Property Marketing Services

November 08, 2021 PropertyHeads, a social network for house buyers and sellers have partnered up with CoreLogic, a leading global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider. This new partnership will initially form part of an expanded service offering to registered members of PropertyHeads, whereby agents will get direct access to CoreLogic’s property marketing services.

PropertyHeads is the UK’s fastest growing property community, with over 10,000 agents and other property related businesses registered on its platform and 700,000 active users. It challenges traditional property portals by bringing together consumers, agents and property related businesses onto a single social platform, with information on 30 million homes across the UK.

Not only is the platform used as a property search and compare tool, it also enables the creation of individual user profiles, based around property preferences or market interests and facilitates social networking between all connected parties. Users benefit from local property data, market news, expert advice and access to properties before they come to market.

Agents currently benefit from unlimited free property listings on PropertyHeads and its sister portal – Mouseprice. The social networking element enable agents to have ongoing dialogue with vendors and buyers to help with lead conversion.

Having a direct link into CoreLogic’s property marketing services, will provide supplemented marketing resource for agents to readily access. Services will include photography, drone, virtual tours, floor plans, video, EPCs and brochure design, along with access to the CoreLogic Floor Plan mobile app and SMARTList product, which provides valuable property level insights to identify when a homeowner is likely to list their property for sale, for specific targeted postcode areas.

This PropertyHeads-CoreLogic initiative is the first step in a broader collaboration that will encompass many new innovative solutions for brands and services that target home mover and home improvers to be announced in the coming weeks and months.

Ben Davis, founder and CEO of PropertyHeads, commented:

“Our agent marketing solutions form a crucial part of our growth strategy and our partnership with CoreLogic represents an important next step in that regard. We’ve already registered a comprehensive share of the agency market in the short time that we’ve been around and the additional marketing services offered by CoreLogic, renowned for their quality, reliability and accuracy, add another layer to the impressive tool kit we offer to our members.”

Stewart McRae, Sales & Marketing Director of CoreLogic UK said:

“We’re delighted to join forces with PropertyHeads and confident that the partnership will add another tangible benefit for members of the social networking site. Introducing the network to the CoreLogic suite of Property Marketing Services – photography, 3D virtual tours, drone, floorplans etc. provides agents with access to relevant resources that are quality assured at the highest levels. This particular joint venture is just at the start of a number of opportunities where PropertyHeads and CoreLogic can work together to leverage our property data to provide deeper insights for PropertyHeads members. Both companies are committed to creating digital solutions that drive innovation in the property services industry, ultimately enabling consumers to make smarter property related decisions.”
