PROPTECH-X ‘Proptech & Property News’: OpenBrix strengthens leadership team with Countrywide hire Adrienne Clarke

The challenger property portal recently announced yet another key hire, strengthening a leadership team already bursting at the seams with experience and industry know-how.

Adrienne Clarke, formerly of Countrywide, joins OpenBrix as chief financial officer.

Adam Pigott, CEO, said: “It’s fantastic news to have another big hitter join the OpenBrix family, helping to guide the business, our partnerships, and overall performance as we continue to grow.”

Adrienne Clarke was most recently the group finance director at Countrywide, where she has worked for almost 25 years after starting out with the property services titan as group financial controller in the late 90s.

“We have some incredibly exciting months ahead with some key product launches,” said Clarke. “it’s great to be part of the journey and working with a forward-thinking organisation and a fantastic team of individuals.”

The news of Clarke’s arrival follows another huge win for Adam Pigott and Shahad Choudhury’s outfit – last year’s announcement of its investment and distribution deal with TDS.

In addition to an undisclosed investment, the licensing deal has seen OpenBrix’s tlyfe app distributed to TDS tenants all across the UK. TDS is also supporting the OpenBrix team with the development of the app, as it has done in the past to develop tenancy deposit management features.

OpenBrix always catch the eye in the news cycle, and many observers have pointed out the fact that they appear to be especially hard at work recently, perfecting and driving some of their other innovative products, most notably Openflo, a next-generation tenant onboarding solution

As it moves ever closer to its goal of revolutionising the property industry, it’s clear to see that it is taking huge strides forward, drumming up plenty of excitement in the process.
